Established as a premier Care Staffing Agency with our offices in London, we principally focus on serving our prestigious clients in England. Our Training Division specialises in providing in-house training to nurses, carers, managers and other support staff in Care Homes and Hospitals.

Being an outstanding team of professionals with more than a decade of experience in HR and Management Consulting for the Healthcare sector in England, Avatar also ventures into providing support to Care Homes in their day to day management as well as in preparing them for CQC inspections.

2001 - Established in India as a global healthcare recruitment company

Avatar had its first manifestation in India as a global recruiter of healthcare professionals in 2001, after five years of unparalleled success in the Medical Finishing School industry. The company was one the most successful specialist recruiters in the healthcare industry and was licensed by the Government of India.

Avatar Health Care Ltd was incorporated in England in 2011, and was established as a domiciliary care company in Manchester, United Kingdom.

2021- Avatar Health Care Ltd started trading as a Care Staffing Agency

Avatar Health Care Ltd started trading as a Nursing and Care Staff Suppling Agency from its present base in London in 2021 January.

Our Journey

Established as an International Recruitment Agency, Avatar Health Care was incorporated in England & Wales in the year 2011. Our CEO Harish Nair, a trained public health officer turned international Healthcare & Higher Education entrepreneur, has more than two decades of experience in spearheading global operations of multiple healthcare organisations. He is the author of the book 'Target UK', a best seller in the UK Immigration Reference Category, and has published several articles on global recruitment of healthcare staff.
