Eligibility Criteria for Chef/Catering Manager:

You must have

• a university degree or diploma in Culinary/Catering/Hotel Management
• proven success record in Care Home/ Hospital Catering
• sound knowledge of English Home Cookery
• good skill in patisserie
• great skill in presentation of dishes 
• team management skills
• knowledge of the UK's Food Safety Law
• a full UK Drivers Licence (optional)

Eligibility Criteria for Cook/Catering Assistant

• NVQ Level 2 or similar OR
• Recognised Prior Learning/ prior experience
• Knowledge of Food Safety
• Skilled in F&B Service
